Greg was very helpful in helping us find our new home, which is actually a duplex. Being that he has owned rental properties, he was very knowledgeable in this area and his insight was very helpful. We were originally looking for a home in Pittsburgh but due to many reasons we decided to stay in our hometown of Butler. Even though Greg is a Pittsburgh-based Realtor, we liked him so much we asked him to help us find a home in Butler. He had no problem driving an hour to our hometown many times in the process of finding our home. We love our new house and working with Greg was a pleasure. While there are lots of agents out there that are willing to help you buy a house, Greg is the one you should be working with. I had several goals in purchasing my first property that Greg understood from the very first time I spoke with him.
